The Beginning…
Gauri Tondon and Radhika Tandon, both successful in their careers in finance and law, decided to embark on their jewellery-making business without a clear plan. It all started as a personal endeavour. Isharya was named after their three children's initials. At first, their products were intended for friends and family members. The breakthrough was in 2004 when a ring that Radhika had designed got noticed by Daily Candy's editor, which led to a dramatic increase in demand and the realisation that these creations could be marketed realistically.
